Allergens: every Samsa contains tree nuts (almond plus its named nut), dairy (ghee), and wheat (phyllo). The two sesame-rolled pieces in The Introduction contain sesame. Everything is made in one kitchen that works with all of these.

Our Story

Born on two coasts, joined by chance.

One of us was born in San Diego, California where the Pacific sets the rhythm. The other in Hammamet, Tunisia; a Mediterranean coastal town where the sweets are made of history, traditions, and patience. For a kid on that shore, the far shore had a name: America, where people built things of their own. It took an ocean and 8 years, but the far shore became home: a Long Beach kitchen where they fold the dessert of his childhood by hand. Two people, no shortcuts.

Sweet Samsa is that crossing, in pastry form: a Tunisian recipe held to an American standard of craft. It isn't just what we make, it's in our DNA. Our family's story. Tunisian roots. American excellence. Every box leaves with both.
